Effect
Increases the paladin's speed by 80% for 10 seconds. While active, the paladin can attack and cast spells, but damage dealt is reduced by 30%.
Notes
This spell has been developed by and for paladins. In critical situations it might become necessary for a paladin to outrun his opponent. Casting it raises the speed of a paladin significantly, allowing for swift footwork during attacking and casting, parralleled by a decrease in overall damage output.
History
- Prior to the Vocation Adjustments Update, players could not use this and Sharpshooter spell at the same time. If both have been learnt though, they had to be switched at Zoltan for 500 gp.
- As announced on June 16, 2026, the Vocation Adjustments Update 2026 now allows attacking and casting while the spell is active, but damage dealt is reduced by 30%. Additionally, the individual cooldown was reduced from 10 to 4 seconds, and the secondary group cooldown from 10 to 2 seconds.
