Notes
An upgrade from the Snakebite Rod and the second weakest rod available on the mainland. It is the druid's equivalent of the sorcerer's Wand of Dragonbreath. Moonlight Rods replaced 
Conjurer Wands in the Winter Update 2005. They used to deal energy damage, but the magic reform in the Winter Update 2007 changed their type of damage dealt to ice.
Needed for Mage Outfits Quest (male) and Summoner Outfits Quest (female).
