Long time ago was dropped as loot from Dragons, and later replaced by the Dragon Hams. Can be found at daily spawns in Captain Iglues Treasure Quest room, Nargor in the kitchen, Fishing Hut near Thais, north of the abandoned house near Venore (on the fishing bridge, in a crate), in Ancient Temple orcs room, box in Femor Hills (here).
