Notes

Twice the regeneration of normal ham, yet only 50% heavier. It's a great food to eat while making runes. Lower leveled characters can easily collect them near Dragon Lairs because many players who hunt there throw it out of killed Dragons. Needed for the Demon's Lullaby World Quest.
