A weaker version of Quara Constrictors. This monster can be seen during raids on Liberty Bay. You may hunt 400 Quara Constrictor Scouts, Quara Hydromancer Scouts, Quara Mantassin Scouts, Quara Pincher Scouts and Quara Predator Scouts combined as a task of the Killing in the Name of... Quest.
