She's a metamorphing form of Yselda, betrothed of Kesar the Younger and future Queen of Bounac. Part of the Adventures of Galthen Quest.
Behaviour
She does not move. Megasylvan Yselda never retreats.
Strategy
To make Megasylvan Yselda vulnerable to attacks, you must say the words DEMIHBOULDR SOMMBHA WITHER. This will weaken her defenses, allowing you to deal damage.
Additionally, to complete the Adventures of Galthen Quest - Galthen and the Lost Queen, you must heal the four Megasylvan Saplings, which are located in each corner of the boss room. You can do this by using Ultimate Healing Runes or by having a Druid cast Mass Healing on them. This step is required in order to receive the 
Violet Tulip. However, if your team deals enough damage quickly, the Saplings’ initial health may be sufficient for them to survive without healing, as long as Megasylvan Yselda is defeated fast enough.
