It cannot move. When killed the corpse becomes a Lump of Dirt.

As part of the Adventures of Galthen Quest, four Megasylvan Saplings appear in the corners of Megasylvan Yseldas boss room. To receive the Violet Tulip, the Saplings must be kept alive—either by using Ultimate Healing Runes or by having a Druid cast Mass Healing on them. In some cases, if your party deals damage quickly enough, the Saplings’ initial health may be sufficient for them to survive without direct healing, as long as Megasylvan Yselda is quick enough.

To make Megasylvan Yselda vulnerable to attacks, say the words DEMIHBOULDR SOMMBHA WITHER. This will weaken her defenses, allowing you to deal damage.
