To get water, simply "use" a Fluid Containers on another container holding water, on a shoreline, a Draw Well, a Fountain, a Rain Barrel (Open), a Water Cask, or a Wall Fountain.
It looks the same as a Vial of Elemental Water, Holy Water and Quara Ink. 1 of them is required for both the Dreamer's Challenge Quest and the Arito's Task Quest. 2 vials of water are needed in the Hot Cuisine Quest.
