The Uniwheel object is located in the Yielothax Dimension, accessed during The Mage's Tower world change. It can be found here.
Before Updates/9.2, it wasn't possible to access the room containing the the Uniwheel — due to a map bug, the stairs to the floor it's located didn't exist.
