The Scourge of Oblivion

Last boss of The Secret Library Quest. You will earn the achievement Library Liberator upon killing it for the first time.

This boss is part of the final battle of the Secret Library Quest, check it for more context.

After some more time killing the raid in the main room, the following messages will appear: The Leader of the invasion finally joins the battle! Beware, the scourge of oblivion enters the fray!

In the central chamber, you will face The Scourge of Oblivion, which will constantly change between three stages:

• The Scourge of Oblivion stage, during which players should deal as much damage do the boss as possible.
• The Scourge of Oblivion (Reflective) stage The Scourge of Oblivion activated its reflective shields!, with high Damage Reflection for all damage taken, so everyone should stop attacking it immediately.
• The Scourge of Oblivion (Charging) stage The Scourge of Oblivion prepares a devastating attack!, preparing for a few seconds and then shooting 7sqm long death beams towards all directions (north, south, east and west) that can deal massive Death Damage. During this stage, the boss is also invulnerable, so attacking it is pointless.

While the boss is invulnerable, the shooters should clear the summons that will keep spawning around them during the fight, as they can deal significant damage to the shooters.

Upon killing The Scourge of Oblivion, you will get the achievement Library Liberator and the following messages will appear at the center of the room:

NOOOO! WE HAVE BEEN FOOLED! THE ATTACK WAS A RUSE!
AMIDST THE DISTRACTION THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE GODBREAKER HAS BEEN STOLEN!
COME TO ME! WE HAVE TO TALK!
