It's similar to the Sentient Oak (Slightly Strained) and Sentient Oak (Tired but Satisfied).

If you have already watered it over the past 10 hours:

It looks the same as Your Magical Tree (Druid).
You can obtain a Blessed Acorn by using a Watering Can on it every 10 hours.
