It looks like an Acorn with Sparkle Effect 2. When consumed it regenerates 167 to 233 mana with an average of 200 and 435 to 565 hitpoints with an average of 500, similar to an Ultimate Spirit Potion. After using it, someone has to wait for 10 hours till be able to use a blessed acorn again.
It can be obtained by using a Watering Can on a Sentient Oak (Happy), once every 10 hours. There's one tree north of Carlin here and several around Feyrist, one inside the protection zone here.
