Of a guild bank transfer, it will inform you of the date and time the transfer happened, the type of transfer, the amount of gold that was transferred, who transferred this money, and finally who received it.

You will only receive this if the transaction was unsuccessful. If, however, the transaction was successful, you will receive a Receipt (Success). The main difference between the two is the flavor text and the contents.
