Introduced during Tibia's 10th Anniversary where they were easily obtained using Surprise Bags that were looted from many monsters and then again during Tibia's 15th Anniversary. Also given away by Ned Nobel.
When the hat is equipped on the helmet slot, it will let loose confetti over when used.
Could be bought from Stan only during Masquerade Days.
Use it 200 times while wearing it to get the achievement Party Animal.
