This is the neutral form of Izcandar, the others being Izcandar Champion of Winter and Izcandar Champion of Summer.
It's one of the bosses of The Dream Courts Quest.
Behaviour
Izcandar retargets very often and the blocker should use Challenge frequently.
Strategy
Izcandar does not stay in the neutral form for a long time and will change to either the Summer of Winter version shortly after becoming neutral. Some teams like to kill it in this form because it can drop both Winterblade and Summerblade, possibly doubling the odds of getting either of them (but this is unconfirmed).
