Notes
An item very sought after by low to mid level mages since it increases magic level by one and is very lightweight. Obtainable in the Mad Mage Room Quest.
History
Before Christmas Update 2008 it looked the same as a Magician Hat. It is an apparent Allusion of the Mad Hatter's hat from Alice in Wonderland, except it's pink.
