Diamond arrows damage an area of 21 fields centred on the target (2 fields of radius), just like old Fireball Rune (before update in 2007). Since target will always be within the damage area, you will hit it even when you miss it. Blue Electricity Effects appears on the damage area.

Before Vocation Adjustments Update, Royal Paladins could make 100 of them by casting the Conjure Diamond Arrow spell. Diamond Arrows used to expire 60 minutes after they were made. The price was changed from 100 to 130 since Summer Update 2024.
