Maun

He is a member of the Inquisition. He sells general equipment, Distance Weapons, Potions and specialty Runes like Thunderstorm but not ones you buy at most magic stores like Avalanche. He doesn't tell you, but you can filter the trade list by type by saying tools, potions, runes, or ammunition. Notice that Maul reacts to ammunition but his trade list will include distance weapons (bows, crossbows, spears) as well.
