The Charging Machine is a device located in the Alchemist Quarter of Yalahar, here. It is actually just a Large Glowing Gem (blue). If you step on it, a message in orange appears: "You have gained a charge!".

Used in mission 5 of the Shadows of Yalahar Quest.
