History
It could be used on a bed to change the colors of the covers until November, 2019, when beds inside player's houses and guildhalls became movable. It was replaced by the Yellow Headboard and Yellow Footboard.
Since the item may still be found in game but is no longer obtainable, it's a relatively rare item.
