There are criminals on the loose.The notes in Venore say nothing, but the ones in Issavi say:

Amenef (Burning Gladiator)
Neferi (scribe, alleged spy)
Petaris (spice merchant, secretly wizard for the Fafnar cult)
Hetai (Priestess of the Wild Sun)

Those individuals are known cultists of Fafnar. They have to be consigned to the Sapphire Blade by all means!
