It's a special mushroom that resists the mutated glooth that is threatening Rathleton. You can obtain this by using a Crimson Crest Mushroom on Georgia Rainbird's Alchemical Apparatus. Just don't let Georgia Rainbird see that you took a vial from her laboratory. You can use this to fill a Glooth Converter to obtain Filled Glooth Converter.
Obtained and used in the Glooth Factory Quest - Mutated Glooth Plague.
