Can be seen in Liberty Bay Bank, Explorer Society Outpost in Liberty Bay and the Heart of Destruction Quest reward room, along with other valuable and rare items, on display, in areas which are unreachable.
History
Due to a bug in the 10.1 update, this chest was part of the Small Sapphire Quest and could be taken by players. This was fixed with the server save of July 18, 2013 when it was replaced by a regular chest. This chest then became available at furniture shops for 1,000 gp.
