It's part of the Within the Tides Quest.
The first time a character defeats Timira, they will always get a Naga Basin from her loot.
Behaviour
Timira fights in close range, but her AoE and chain attacks will often affect other players in the room.
Timira the Many-Headed attacks in melee range.
Strategy
The final part of the fight against Timira is quite simple. If fighting with a lower level team, the blocker can trap Timira at the north-west corner of the room so it won't switch to the shooters.
Most elements work well on Timira, although Sorcerers should avoid their waves as they'll do more damage by simply using Sudden Death Runes.
