The Count

It is not possible to summon him from his coffin without the associated quest.

Kill him as fast as possible, since he does really high combos (up to 700) when a banshee is summoned. He probably isn't a creature to be hunted. He's strong, dangerous and doesn't drop any valuable item other than a Vampire Shield. If you release him and don't kill him, you can not release him again, so you will have to buy The Ring of the Count from a player or from Black Bert to continue The Inquisition Quest. If you put 3 garlic necklaces on the counters around the buried coffin, you can save yourself a lot of trouble. After that, you use the upper part of the coffin and The Weakened Count appears (looks the same as regular vampire and causes the same damage). This strategy is highly recommended to use!
