The Blood of Cloak of Terror

This is the blood left behind by a Cloak of Terror. Stepping on a big pool of it will damage the character in 20% of their maximum health as Energy Damage. Furthermore, if a Cloak of Terror steps on it, it heals approximately 2000 health. The damage and healing of the smaller pool are lower, but still significant.
