nothing disputed about it, i have 2 of those. Santiago is the boat npc at tutorial island and this document is a daily spawn in the basement of his house. At least thats what ive heard cuz i just found them on the floor in rook and destiny island, but it deffinitely exists. foggy 06:20, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

Fuentes? Santiago Fuentes? He doesn't say anything about his surname, I'll move this to a more suitable page, use the infobox template and remove the disputed tag.. Assuming you are correct on this..
