Banana which can be traded for a Studded Shield

None, a shield is recommended. Note: To take the one on the premium side, 3 boxes are needed.

Head to the Bananapalm located in East Rookgaard, or north-west premium Rookgaard.
Alternatively, go to the premium side and up the wolf hill, here. Take the 3 boxes to the flat part and jump up to the Bananapalm there.
"Use" the Bananapalm to get the Banana.
Head to Willie in the town (here) and trade the 'Banana' for a Studded Shield.
