Notes
Seems to have similar power to Wand of Starstorm with higher level requirement due to 1 sqm longer range. It's a good choice when you want to keep longer distance from creatures while running away or hunting in team, but it will last only 7 days.
Can be obtained by transforming Shimmer Swimmer using it on Broken Ring of Ending. Upon creating one, you will receive the following message: Holding the broken ring of ending near the surprisingly lively eyes of the shimmer swimmer suddenly transforms him into a wand!
