Scum Bag

It looks the same as a Grey Bag and a Bag of Screws.
Used in the World Task A Pirate's Death to Me to capture Spectral Scum. The Blue Electricity Effect and the folloing message will appear when capturing a spectral scum: "ZZzzizzle!". If you've captured 5 or more spectral scums, the following message will also appear: "You've caught enough scum.".
