Notes

Behaviour
Scarlett Etzel attacks in melee range. Scarlett Etzel never retreats.
Strategy
Scarlett is initially immortal. In order to maker her vulnerable, you have to use the Galthen's Chestplate which appears on a trophy stand near the throne. When you do that, Scarlett will stop moving and become vulnerable for 8 seconds. There is a faster way to dealing damage to her, however:
Scarlett will take 7500 damage if she's attacked while the four mirrors around her are facing her. Note that she will also use her Ultimate Poison Explosion at the same time, dealing 7500 Earth Damage to the players around. Only one player should attack her, however, since she will instantly become invulnerable and attacking Scarlett Etzel when she is not vulnerable will heal her in 5000 hitpoints. Thus, the recommended step by step for beginners is:
- Lure Scarlett away from the mirrors you will use (preferably to the south) and run back to "lose" her.
- Throw Galthen's Chestplate to the center of the mirrors.
- Rotate (use) the four mirrors so they face the center of the square where Scarlett is.
- Lure Scarlett back to the mirrors and quickly use Galthen's Chestplate.
- Wait a couple of seconds to make sure she already stopped moving, then move away and attack her once so she takes the 7500 damage.
- Lure Scarlett away from the mirrors again and lose her and wait until the Chestplate reappears (30 seconds).
- Repeat the steps above, 4 successful turns are enough to kill Scarlett.

A long walk out of the city and up the coast — roughly a hundred tiles east and two hundred north — to the way up into the bastion.

Through the metal wall, to the stairs

East across the bastion at ground level. With the access done the metal wall lets you through into a small room, and these stairs are at the back of it.
The Cobra Bastion access, once — Three minibosses in order, then a chess board. Gaffir on the third floor's south-east room opens the basement; Custodian, at the south end of the basement's west corridors, opens the final area; Guard Captain Quaid on the fourth floor opens the sixth. Then levitate the bridge in that room, rope the trap at its centre, and set the chess board to the moves written in four documents around the bastion — bring a Cheesy Figurine, because the board is missing its queen. The Roaring Lion that spawns grants the access to everyone standing in the room. No quest at any point; open the side doors from the inside as you go and the way stays open.

Her door takes five players.
Galthen's Chestplate appears on a trophy stand near the throne and it is the only thing that makes her mortal. Find it before anything starts — she is immortal until somebody uses it, and hitting her while she is invulnerable heals her 5,000.
