History
This weapon was created as the result of the unification of the Rod of Carving, Rod of Remedy and Rod of Mayhem.
On February 5, 2019, the level requirement for this weapon was raised from 100 to 200, and on March 17, 2020 its magic level boost got decreased from +2 to +1.
