The Ring of Ending Creation
The Ring of Ending is a Prime Artefact that can be created by using a String of Mending on an equipped Broken Ring of Ending.
Creation Process
- Items Required: String of Mending and an equipped Broken Ring of Ending.
- Duration: The process takes 1 minute and 30 seconds (90s).
- Cancellation: If the ring is removed before the process is complete, the Broken Ring of Ending and String of Mending will separate safely, and neither item will be destroyed.
Risk and Outcome
- Risk: There is a 50% chance of dying in the process. This chance is exactly the same as the chance of success (50%).
- Death Consequence: If you die, you will lose all of your blessings except Twist of Fate (as an ordinary PvE death) and the String of Mending and Broken Ring of Ending will both be destroyed.

| 60s |  | Pain is no word for what you feel anymore. If you do not put the ring off it MAY kill you. Chances are 50/50. |
| 70s | | Your pain transports you in a different world, you are alone there. Filled with anguish. You may live or it MAY KILL YOU. |
| 80s | | You became pain itself. You are mere seconds away from death. If you do not PUT OFF THE RING, you MAY actually DIE. |

The final message depends on the outcome:
- Success: The ring closes. It feels cool now. With the ring restored, you have returned.
- Death: A bright explosion bursts from inside the ring. You die.
