Report Rule Violation Channel

If someone was violating the Tibia Rules, you could make a Rule Violation Report. You would do that by pressing the keyboard combination Ctrl+R. Then a Gamemaster (prior to August 2010) or a Counsellor (prior to May 2006), if necessary, would take action. You could also report rule violations in the Gamemaster Board.
In the past, spells and hotkeys didn't work if you were in this channel and your report had not yet been checked or had already been closed. This happened because you could only type a new message after your report was replied and before it was closed. Your first message (the report itself) and the gamemaster's (or counsellor's) messages were yellow, while your messages (except the first) were blue. The name of who answered your report would not be shown in this channel, instead it would be referred just as "Gamemaster" or "Counsellor".
