This item can be seen on the Cyclopedia. It was implemented at the same update that Rainbow Necklace had its stats changed and became obtainable. The stats of both amulets were identical during the first days of the test server. Moreover, the description of the rainbow amulet used to be "DO NOT USE". Someone might infer from this that this item was a duplicate of the Rainbow Necklace and, when the developers noticed it, they doomed it be an Unobtainable Item.
