Pied Piper

You are not exactly the Pied Piper of Hamelin but at least you managed to fend off a decent amount of pirats and helped to keep them out of the cities.

Obtained by greeting Eustacio after getting 5000 points with him during the A Pirate's Tail Quest.

The fastest way to do that is to hunt Pirats under Rascacoon or on The Wreckoning after getting access to these places.
