It looks the same as a Complete Opticording Sphere.
Obtained in the Opticording Sphere Quest. Can be found in a crate after going down this hole in Ab'Dendriel. To open a passage you have to light both wall torches. The Opticording Sphere is in a crate at the southwest corner of the room.
