It looks the same as a Green Piece of Cloth. During the annual Tibia Anniversary event, Thirty of them need to be used on a Sewing Table in order to trigger party time : during which Piñata Dragons spawn around Thais and a world wide experience bonus of 15% lasting one hour is activated.
History
During Tibia's 20th Anniversary starting January 5, 2017, They were dropped by Cyclopes, Wolves, Trolls and Bears. Mistakenly, old rags started being dropped by these creatures again exactly one year later, on January 5, 2018. This was fixed on January 9 with Update 11.53.
