Norma owns a small bar in the north part of Rookgaard. She thinks her name is "too normal" and wants to change it to Marylin (Norma is an allusion to Marilyn Monroe, whose birth name was Norma Jeane Mortenson). Part of the Citizen Outfits Quest on Rookgaard.
