It has the same sprite as Note from the Thieves Guild, Old Encrypted Text, Old Piece of Paper, Old Pirate Poem, Parchment of Interest, Piece of Paper, Suspicious Documents, The Alchemists' Formulas, Translation Scroll, and possibly other items — so beware of scams!
