The mouthpiece's description is misleading, as it does not deteriorate in any way over time. Despite being a popularly traded item, you cannot sell this on the Market, so players must advertise buying or selling mouthpieces and perform the trade in person.Can be used with a Crude Horn of Bone to create a Crude Horn with Mouthpiece in the Roshamuul Quest.

These used to be obtainable every 30 minutes before the 2016 Winter Update. Some players created many characters to open the crate every 30+ minutes because they are usually sold for high amounts for the low effort required to obtain them. This worked because you did not need to be online for the 30 minutes to obtain another mouthpiece.
