Minotaur Commander

This Minotaur was only listed as a new creature during the Test Server of the 2014 Winter Update, but it was not found anywhere once the update was launched. Despite that, it was technically added to the game, which can be checked by trying to use the spells Creature Illusion or Summon Creature on it.
