Notes
It's easy to obtain this item as loot from Swamp Troll, but most higher level players buy Medicine Pouch because only lower level creatures drop them.
This medicine can be used to cure swamp fever - a plague connected with humidity and starvation. Help Ottokar prevent the plague by delivering them to him.
Can be seen in the Gardens of Night, here.
You can give this item to NPC Ottokar at anytime to get a Belongings of a Deceased or you can wait until the Swamp Fever World Change has started. If you give 100 pouches to NPC Ottokar you'll receive the achievement "Doctor! Doctor!"
