When summoning Guzzlemaws, Mawhawk says "Watch my maws!". When it says "Better flee now!", it will cast his Ultimate Explosion in 5 seconds. You can find the loot of this creature in a Reward Container. Starting at server save, there is a chance of Mawhawk spawning every 10 minutes. For example, if Mawhawk spawned at 12:03:55, as long as he was killed within 10 minutes, the next chance of him spawning will be at 12:13:55.
