It looks like an Ogre Brute, with different colours.
It's one of the bosses of The Dream Courts Quest.
Strategy
You will enter in a small room with an NPC, after a few seconds, you will be teleported into the boss room. Have the Knight lure the boss to the east side near the wall and avoid being in the beam it can shoot. Once it says "I'M MASHING YE TO DUST BOOM" it will become extremely slow and start doing massive damage up to 6000+. These attacks are very similar to a knights' groundshaker spell and the final attack will be a green energy wave-type spell that can also hit for a very high amount of damage. Once the boss is back to normal speed, lure it to the east wall again, and repeat the process until it dies. This boss has a 20 Minute Kill Timer.
