Was first seen in the 2 Test Servers preceding the first Lightbearer Event (the test servers of Summer Update 2009 and Autumn Patch 2009).
Speed and shielding
On the test server of the Summer Update 2009, this item had a speed bonus of 50 and a defense value of 38. This was reduced (during that test server) to a speed bonus of 25 and a def of 25 because many testers agreed it could be abused. A defense value of 38 would mean a shield as strong as a Great Shield (dropped by Massacre, Morgaroth, Ferumbras and Ghazbaran) for free!
