Her real name is Kala and she used to be Arthei's wife, as mentioned in Arthei's Descent into Vampirism I (Book). Together with him and his brothers Marziel, Lersatio, and Boreth, she left her hometown Carlin to search for a place that would make them feel at home. When after a curious incident her husband started acting cold and distant, she could not bear it and left the four brothers.She will give you a Ghost's Tear in the Blood Brothers Quest.
