To obtain the base outfit, you need to complete the Between the Lines Quest.

Use a Scallop Shell and you will receive the first addon. This can be looted from these can be looted from Tropical Desolator.

When using the shell you will get the following message:
Your illuminator robes look more impressive now.

Use a Sand-Filled Horn and you will receive the second addon. This can be looted from these can be looted from Wrathful Archivist.

• Upon receiving both addons, you'll receive the achievement Illuminator.
