This house is one of 10 winners of 2012's spring Dream House Design contest, submitted by the player Giankk from Calmera. These are the rooms:

• -4 floor: 16 sqm room, 16 sqm room with a simple bed, 20 sqm room with a simple bed, 56 sqm hallway and open room.
• -5 floor: 14 sqm stairway room, 58 sqm room with 2 simple beds, carrot pedestal and demon bunny statue.

Before April 15, 2019, this house's rent was 7500 gold per month.
