Deep in Mount Sternum/Undead Cave, in an empty cave that is located under some Cave Rats (can also be reached through Ancient Temple), in the cave down after the Giant Spider, in the Dragon's spawn, in an unreachable 2 sqm area with some tombs at the undead area, and possibly other places under Mount Sternum. A Pick is needed to enter these caves. He might also spawn on fourth and fifth floor of the undead cave.

One of the oldest rare-spawning bosses. Also known as the Stone Golem's boss, although Grorlam has never been found in the vicinity of any nor does summon them.
Behaviour
Fights until death and rarely retargets. Grorlam never retreats.
Strategy
Since the Christmas Update 2007, Grorlam can see invisible players and is stronger against physical attacks. Death damage, fire and possible ice damage do well against it.
